Best Fishing Trip Ever – Incredible Crew & A Boat Full of Happy Anglers!

Half Day Trip (AM) • 6 adults

We had an amazing fishing trip from start to finish! Before we even arrived, the captain called to let us know that the fishing conditions would be much better if we left earlier than originally planned. We really appreciated the proactive communication, it showed that he genuinely cared about giving everyone the best possible experience. The crew was outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, kind, thoughtful, and always willing to help. Whether someone was an experienced fisherman or trying it for the first time, they made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. The best part? Everyone on the boat caught fish! The crew worked hard all day to keep us on the fish and made the entire trip fun, exciting, and memorable. If you're looking for a professional charter with an exceptional captain and crew who truly care about their guests, this is the one to book. We had an unforgettable experience and can't wait to come back!

    Memorable Family Fishing Trip

Half Day Trip (PM) • 6 adults

Captain Jon and First Mate Mike did an amazing job. The crew knew where to go and and used multiple techniques to get us on the fish. Whether you are a first timer or a seasoned fisherman, Mike tailored his instruction so you could hook up and land fish. The Lady Jo may be an older vessel, but she is kept clean and has an awesome layout to keep the whole party together and in on the action with an open air design from the cabin area to the fighting chairs on the fishing deck. Three generations of my family went out for my father's 75th birthday, and we had a great time that we will never forget. I'd definitely recommend the Lady Jo to anyone looking to book a charter fishing trip.

    Fantastic Trip

Half Day Trip (PM) (copy) • 6 adults

Good people, great energy when heading out to the fishing spots, and were hands on when helping us get the fish we wanted. They went beyond what was asked of them to educate and answer our questions regarding micellaneous fishing topics and had a great amount of knowledge about the surrounding area and its history. Would reccommend to anybody who has fised already or has never even been on a boat, it doesn’t matter when you’re with this quality of a crew.

    Awesome charter

    3 Hour Special • 4 adults

We can not say enough positive things about what a great experience we had on the Lady Jo. Captain Jon and First Mate Dean were extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed the minute we arrived. They quickly put us on the fish and all four of caught really nice Stripped Bass. It was a great day and we definitely be back. We highly recommend booking a charter with them.

We had a great afternoon drifting and trolling with Nick’s group. We had a limit if striped bass and released a bunch that were too big to keep.

Limit of Striped Bass

Jul 6, 2025 • Waterford
Megan and family took advantage of the beautiful holiday weekend and booked a trip aboard the Lady Jo. It was a great evening with a full limit if striped bass with a few fish too large to keep that were safely released. We also had a few that were just under the kegal size limit that were released as well. Great people, great trip!

Make Time!

Jun 30, 2025 • Waterford
We had the pleasure of taking Kurt out this past weekend. It was a birthday/catching up trip with a few of his buddies. We had a nice afternoon with a limit of striped bass and a few nicer fish that were over the size limit that were safely released to fight another day. Great day, excellent people.

Trolling for bass and blues.

Jun 22, 2025 • Waterford
We had a fun evening trip with Gil, his son and some friends. The fast current made trolling difficult but everyone did a great job putting fish in the boat.
