Ready to cast a line in Waterford? Then Lady Jo Sportfishing Charters has a trip with your name on it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Jon can tell you all about them.

These waters are known for Striped Bass, Bluefish, Scup (Porgy), Tautog, Black Seabass, Flounder, Thresher Shark, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time.

During the trip you might be trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

If you're traveling with the family, youwill be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!

Your adventure begins aboard a 36' Sportfishing with room for 6 passengers. It comes with a fighting chair, everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.

Capt. Jon will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

It's always wise to bring sunblock (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
