- Background
- I started fishing with my dad when I was 5 years old, and I’ve been hooked ever since. That’s over 20 years of passion for being on the water, learning new techniques, and sharing the experience with others. As a Registered Maine Guide, I love helping anglers of all skill levels enjoy fishing, whether it’s their first time or their hundredth. My trips are fun, relaxed, and family-friendly—let’s get out there and make some great fishing memories!
- Techniques
- My favorite way to fish is fly fishing, especially using dry flies for trout. There’s nothing like watching a trout rise to take a well-presented fly. For bass, I love bank shotting, a precise and strategic technique for getting baits into tight spots. When targeting pike, I prefer stripping streamers, an aggressive and exciting way to trigger strikes. When it comes to lake trout and salmon, I rely on trolling and jigging, both proven methods for covering water and enticing bites. In the winter, ice fishing is a big part of what I do, from setting traps to jigging crappie through the ice for fast action. Each style brings a different challenge, and I enjoy them all! Let’s hit the water and find what works best for you. ?
