Background: I have been fishing my whole life. While stationed on Camp Lejeune as a Marine, I fell in love with the area and the saltwater fish in it. I have been fishing these waters since 2010 and am looking forward to sharing all the knowledge I have gained.
Techniques: I love fishing for Redfish in the skinny waters back in the marshes, and following the movements of the big schools on the New River. We will catch these hard fighting fish on light tackle using live, cut, or artificial baits. We can also pursue other species such as Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, and more.

this was a epic amazing unforgetful trip me and my son a US marine choose Luke to take us on a guided trip. He was amazing. He put us on. The fish he never stopped He was relentless and putting us on the fish even though it was blowing hard today he was still able to deliver if I could give him 10 stars plus I would and his dog was awesome , Also so friendly. We love going out with Luke and his pup. He got us in the hunt today and we were pulling them up as fast as the lines were going in. He’s very considerate of his clients as well as preserving the fish and ensuring everything is done correctly. Every time we’ve taken folks out with him he’s been very personable and he brings knowledge to all who go out with him. Use his services if you want to catch some fish, gain some knowledge, and roll out with a great pup.

Capt. Luke showed my family an amazing fun trip. We did not get the reds that we wanted but the Capt put forth 110% effort, and worked with my grandson doing the fishing and bait catching and small crab catching and he had a blast! We had a great time on our 2 hour tour. Luke delivered as promised there were so many dolphins around us jumping and playing we didn’t know which way to look. He is super personable and helped our daughter find sharks teeth. I would recommend booking with Luke.

Captain Luke never gives up, the last spot we tried he found plenty fish and I was able to land a nice red drum. Heading home with fillets in icebox. I would recommend Marsh Man to anyone who wants to get out for a fun trip!
