Marsh Man Guide Service is a premier veteran-owned and operated fishing charter company located in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. Captain Luke is dedicated to providing expert and personable guidance on fishing trips, allowing both novice and experienced anglers to connect with the natural beauty and abundant aquatic wildlife on his local water ways. With a focus on personalized experiences, he specializes in crafting memorable fishing adventures that caters to his clients individual skill levels and preferences.

Your day begins aboard a 20' Center console with capacity for 4 passengers. Built in 2021, this boat has all the bells and whistles. From comfortable captains chairs and the latest electronics, to trim tabs, jack plate, and its 150 Mercury outboard, this boat will get you to and from the fish quickly and comfortably. Trips with Marsh Man Guide Service are child-friendly, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day!

There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Captain Luke will call you ahead of time and coordinate all the details of the trip and get a feel for your individual expectations. This truly isn't a "one size fits all" type of company, and your Captain will work hard to give you the trip of a lifetime.

You can't go wrong when you bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, and polarized sunglasses. Water is included, free of charge, and there is plenty of cooler space for you to bring your own drinks/snacks. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

this was a epic amazing unforgetful trip me and my son a US marine choose Luke to take us on a guided trip. He was amazing. He put us on. The fish he never stopped He was relentless and putting us on the fish even though it was blowing hard today he was still able to deliver if I could give him 10 stars plus I would and his dog was awesome , Also so friendly. I cannot recommend him enough. He is also a US marine and I thank him for his service and for him being an amazing guide we will definitely be back again. Thank you so much, Luke.

We love going out with Luke and his pup. He got us in the hunt today and we were pulling them up as fast as the lines were going in. He’s very considerate of his clients as well as preserving the fish and ensuring everything is done correctly. Every time we’ve taken folks out with him he’s been very personable and he brings knowledge to all who go out with him. Use his services if you want to catch some fish, gain some knowledge, and roll out with a great pup.

Great captain, boat and fishing experience.

Luke is an excellent guide and knows the inshore and just offshore areas like no one else. He was able to quickly get us to productive fishing areas that no other guides/boats could. Luke knew where the fish were likely to be and when to move to different locations based on changing conditions. The boat is fast and well suited for the marshes and ocean/bay during calm conditions. The boat offers comfortable seating for 3, but is completely open and not for the faint of heart. We caught many Reds during our 4 hour trip and would highly recommend Luke if you are interested in catching some strong fighting fish on light tackle. We will definitely be back again!

We were unfortunately stood up the day prior by another captain in the area. Captain Luke reached out to us after I explained what happened and made sure our friends visiting had the best fishing experience. The kids absolutely loved it. I loved the fact that he was very professional, timely, and detailed. He check in with us the night prior and went over all details and got our expectations! We highly recommend CPT Luke and we will definitely be using him again.

Perfect day in the marsh!!!!

We had a blast with The Marsh Man and Blankely! The scenery was beautiful! We got to do a lot of fishing and caught some interesting fish! We learned a lot about the area! We got to see some dolphins super close to the boat! He was very patient with my kids and made the morning so enjoyable! We will definitely book with him again!
