- Being a Louisiana Cajun Boy and from a family that loves the outdoors as much as I do, I was introduced to the outdoors at a very young age. I was blessed with the opportunity to move and live in Florida in '89. I have fished in Louisiana bayous, ponds, and rivers, as well as the Gulf Mexico. I've even caught Crawfish in ditches! I've also fished in Florida on the Atlantic side, St. Johns River and the Gulf of Mexico grass flats. My name is Captain Champ Klein and I cannot wait to share a piece of Keaton Beach Florida paradise with you and your family. - I enjoy fishing for Redfish, Trout, and Flounder using spoons and artificial baits, but to be honest, I just love to fish.
