Excellent experience. These guys know how to find fish. Four and five lines at a time. Continuous action. Caught a big Tuna, Barracuda and eight more fish. Mason the mate is great.

My husband and son had been on a similar trip in th gulf off shore Texas. This was my first deep sea/off shore we bay fish in Galveston and Trinity Bays monthly. I was a bit nervous. However first mate Derek made things interesting by talking about his expierences and the area. He taught us a lot.
Though not all our fish were keepers we had a lot of fighters we still caught enough to feed well over our family of three. Happy fishing!!!

My girlfriend and I booked a 3/4 day trip. Boat was not fancy but it had everything you need. It’s a “Fishing” boat. My girlfriend ended up napping on bench between bites. So she found it quite comfortable. The deck hand was awesome. Worked very hard. 5-6 lines in water at all times. Very impressed at their effort to stay on the fish. All around a very enjoyable trip. Thanks!

All fishing trips start with high hopes and usually end nothing like what you expected.  This trip was just that in the best way possible.  A good Captain with a hard working experienced mate yielded a good time, plenty of action,  lots of good fish and a wonderful experience.  This trip the fishing matched the Captain and Mates efforts ... extraordinary!!

Super excited about 1st private charter with my family and two friends. Booked half day Charter, boat was fine with comfortable seats ( which were needed) 1st mate Derrick hustled non stop to try and put us on Mahi. We never hooked anything and did not really see anything till 30 minutes left in trip on our way back in - we saw some small Mahi, which we paused to try and get spent about 10 minutes making a last ditch stand on not getting skunked. No luck we then came in quickly as the Capt had others waiting for the next charter. I don’t want to really complain - I think the effort was made but we didn’t bend one rod on anything. I thought maybe stopping at a reef once we realized the Mahi bite was not going to happen, so someone could have brought home something Mangrove snapper/Mutton snapper something? Would have been appropriate. $650 boat ride on a gorgeous day?

I understand the nature of fishing but when you come to the fishing capital of the world ( you just want a fish)!

Sorry, it happens sometimes. I did give you options of going for snapper and sharks before we left. You wanted to try offshore. No one feels worse about a slow day than me. As far as the Mahi that we saw at the end of the trip we threw live bait and Ballyhoo and everything to get those things to eat they were just not in a feeding mood though not much more I can say. Good Luck in future trips, Capt Art

We really enjoyed every moment onboard and after. Had our own catch grilled both for lunch (king mackerel) and for dinner (black grouper). Delicious!

WILD BILL Charter—————Captain Art and the First Mate Steve did a fantastic job under very poor weather conditions.  We caught Grouper, Yellow tail and a wild time catching Black Nose Sharks, that were caught and then released by Steve’s very capable bare hands. FIVE BIG STARS TO WILD BILL.  Sorry I do not have any photos.

The Capt. and mate were first rate. We caught fish on a day when a lot of others didn’t. We wanted to catch dinner and we came back with enough for four or five dishes. Would highly reccommend this crew and boat. Looking forward to another trip with these guys.
