- Escualo Sport Fishing Was founded in 1990 in Mazatlán Mexico by Mark and Lola Dissmore, two visionaries from Pullman, Washington with a passion for fishing who decided to join forces on a quest that started over 30 years ago. Their initial charter operation was modest, but thanks to the support of customers and friends, their fleet drastically expanded in just a few seasons. For your own safety, each boat has twin Mercury Sea Pro engines in Super pangas and twin Cummins turbo diesel engines in the crew's cruisers. Escualo Fleet now welcomes hundreds of customers from around the globe who come to experience the world-famous fishing in Mazatlán. Escualo Fleet is known for its consistency in catching, customer satisfaction, and rates. It takes pride in promoting the conservation of billfish such as Marlin, Sailfish, and Swordfish.
