Capt. Rafa was a great choice for me and my 8 year old son. We caught as many tarpon as we could, bringing each one on the boat for a pic, plus a snook. Rafa was excellent with my son and we had nice conversation throughout. We learned about the animals we saw, and some Puerto Rican traditions. He’s very experienced and keeps his boat super clean. We highly recommend :)

Captain Rafa knows how to find the tarpon. We were sitting on top of them most of the day although they just were not on the bite. Captain Rafa really pulled out all the stops trying many different spots and techniques. Unfortunately the tarpon just were not responding. Capt Rafa was very enjoyable to spend a morning with.  He had great knowledge of the locale and tarpon.  He was especially good with my 5yo son. He got him his first tarpon and also let him feed the pelicans on the way back to the marina.  Will certainly look him up when we are back in the area.

Rafa is an experienced, confident, and patient captain who is one with the tarpon.  Go with him for a great time and you won’t regret it!
