We had the best morning out on the water with Johan and Javier of The Hooker Fishing and Snorkeling Charters 🐟 We reeled in needle fish, trigger fish, slippery dicks (yes that is what they are called), a small grouper and a bunch of blues, then last reel of the day was BIG stingray. Had a blast with The captain (Marcel) and (Jr.). Very friendly and put us on some outstanding bottom feeders! We caught various species such as queen triggers and grunts, triggers being my target fish!..it was non stop bites and catching!. Ended the trip with a little snorkeling which is also nice if you want to explore the beautiful reefs blue water in Aruba.  Trip even got better with the captain and mate who clean our fish to be taking right away while it was still fresh to a near by restaurant... My soon-to-be 7 year old loves fishing, so we booked this fishing trip to celebrate his birthday. He had a blast! Johan and Junior were so helpful and made sure everyone was having a good time and getting in on the fishing action. My 4 year old - who is less enthusiastic about fishing - had so much fun. Both Johan and Junior would get a fish hooked on the rod and then pass their rods to the kids to have them help reel them in. My 7 year old also was able to hook some on his own and reel them in.... This was one of the best boat fishing experiences we’ve ever had. We headed out for about 25 minutes, fished for an hour, and ended up with a bucket full of all kinds of fish. It was for 3 hours but our kids got sea sick and had to come early. The crew was friendly and made the trip incredibly enjoyable for our family. Highly recommend if you’re looking to catch plenty of fish!
