While we only were able to keep two mangrove snappers, we were able to catch a lot of fish. Due to the red tide in the bay, a lot of the larger fish fled to healthier waters. Capt Phil made the most of our trip and we tried in numerous spots. He made the experience fun for my son and myself despite the lack of large fish.

Despite challenging conditions Capt Phil put us on the fish. Caught a limit of redfish in a hurry. We also caught many redfish well over slot.  We fished in a variety of locations all over the bay. Capt. Phil was patient but knew when it was time to change things up. Capt. Phil was helpful and knowledgeable.

From the time we set out, we could not ask for better service. He was very knowledgeable. We have 2 young teen boys, he educated them in ocean fishing. We started out slow but within a couple of hours we were catching plenty. We highly recommend captain phill and plan on using him again in the future.

Great day fishing in extremely hot conditions and water temperatures. Everyone managed to boat fish and multiple species. Way more than expected. Captain was great and knowledgeable making for a wonderful trip.

Great with kids. Great at catching fish. Large supply of freshly caught bait. Caught a lot of fish. I’ve used 5-6 fishing guides in my life and Capt Phil was the best I’ve fished with. Looking forward to another trip.
