You will be fishing aboard a spacious 24 1/2 foot Blue Wave boat ideally suited for inshore fishing in the local area. Powered by a 250 HP Suzuki engine, it can reach the fishing spots fast, while its Garmin electronics will ensure that you have the best chance of finding the most productive fishing areas.
The boat features a trolling motor and an anchoring system, allowing you to approach your target fish quietly, and to stay stationary when necessary. To complete the package, the boat's large live bait tank will keep your bait fresh throughout the trip.
Capt. Phil specializes in fishing with light spinning tackle, and uses both artificial lures and live bait, depending on what his guests prefer. He will guide experienced and novice anglers alike through his proven techniques, doing everything he can to make sure you not only catch fish, but also have a great time while doing it.
Everything is provided in the trip price, including your fishing license and cleaning of your catch at the end of the trip. Capt. Phil also offers scenic cruises in the bay, and to the tip of the cape, as well as cooling snorkeling trips, or scallop trips in season.

Half Day Trip - Fishing on August 21, 2024 • 4 adultsOur family was on vacation and decided to do a fishing trip. Captain Phil was very upfront that the hot weather was not ideal. He offered to change the trip if we wanted. Our family decided to try and we had a BLAST! Everyone caught fish and Phil took great care of us. He baited and casted and took fish off and kept the boat in the right spot. Even with the hot conditions, Phil put us on fish. Not all of them were keepers but every catch was fun. We will definitely be using Capn Phil again!

We limited out on Redfish, but he had to go to several spots before we caught slot sized fish. At the cleaning table, you could see his knowledge on display because none of the other captains had any Redfish, and none had everyone onboard with a keeper fish like Captain Phil.
