Captain George put us on the fish!  Had a great day out on the water.  I would definitely recommend this charter.  I told Captain George we had never caught Mahi before.  We caught a load of Mackerel frat and then suggested we go out further to find some Mahi.  He put us on a school of them and when the school would move, Captain George would track them down again.  Both Captain and deck hand were great. If you are looking a boat and crew that can get it done, this is the charter you want!  The marina had a cleaning station that charged a small fee to clean the fish.  Filled our cooler with 57 pounds of meat.  We went fishing with them day two of our trip and were able to cook fish at the rental 4 days and froze 4 gallon bags of Mahi to take home.  We could not have been more pleased.

First and foremost Captain George and Firstmate Cleat were fantastic!  Our journey began by booking a charter with another Captain, he had engine trouble and was very professional and let us know as soon as he could.  We quickly booked with Captain George and he called right away to ask what we were looking to accomplish with our trip.  I told him I had my 78 year old father with me and we wanted to target a few species we had never caught.  I also needed to adjust our starting time.  Captain George went out of his way to make it happen.  He put us on Amberjacks right away.  We had our icebox limited out on jacks but we kept on fishing for them.  We ended up catching 10 Amberjacks, 2 False Albacore, 1 Bullet Makerel, 1 Trigger Fish and a couple of Black Sea Bass. 

Put plainly, we could have probably caught Amberjacks all day, but my father and I wore out!  They   put up one heck of a fight!  We trolled after that picking up a couple of fish and we fished a wreck as well. 

Deep sea trips are extremely expensive and we couldn’t make it happen on short notice.  When we booked with the Sea Hunter 2 we didn’t know what all we were in store for.  If I had the option to go deep sea fishing or go back with Captain George and Cleat, I would hands down go with the Sea Hunter 2 crew again.

Awesome day on the Seahunter 2! My daughters never fished before captain George and Murph ( first & only mate)put us on the fish early and often! Since the ladies were inexperienced it was perfect fish to go after! They could not have been nicer in explaining and helping my thing 1&2! We ate like royalty from Japan! Girls loved cooking up their catch and the fish is a light flaky fish! Fantastic day fishing and amazing dinner! I would go out again with Capt George and his trusty mate Murph! Fish on!
