We came up here for my son’s 10 year trip. He wanted to fish a lake the pros fish. We hit the lottery picking Captain Rick and East Side Fishing Charters. Captain Rick was great, extremely personable and knowledgeable. He found fish when others were struggling to find them. Most importantly my son walked away saying that was the best thing he could have asked for.

We had an awesome day on Lake St. Clair catching walleye and perch with Capt. Rick. We did an afternoon charter for four of us and were on the fish in no time. I would highly recommend East Side Fishing Charters if you are in the area and looking for a great time fishing. Thanks, Capt. Rick!

We went out on an amazing day with a very capable captain, Rick. Almost soon as he threw the line in, we had our first catch. My son can’t remember the last time we fished and after this grad experience, he wants to go again. We had enough for us, and to spare. Rich is very ecouraging and easy to get along with.

Captain Rick and our party were surprised on our trip by unexpectedly, high waves, wind, and poor fishing conditions. Obviously, not Captain Rick’s fault, but he did his best to make up for it by taking us to bay areas sheltering us from the highest waves and stayed out an extra hour to allow us to double our catch when the fishing improved.
