    Great Fishing Trip!

    Louisana marsh fishing charter • 3 adults

    We had a great fishing trip with Captain Paul! My parents flew down from Pennsylvania to do some Louisiana fishing and this fishing trip was excellent! Captain Paul was top notch! He showed us around Lafitte and took us to many different fishing spots where we caught plenty of fish! We landed many beautiful slot reds and a few nice black drum along with a few other species. I enjoyed talking with Captain Paul and learning about Lafitte and the fishing down there. It was nice to have a Captain who felt like we were all just a big family hanging out and fishing. I would definitely recommend booking with Captain Paul! My parents and I had a fantastic trip that made their visit here even better with the memories we made during this trip! Thank you, Captain Paul!!

During the fall months, Lafitte quickly transforms into a Trout playground. They've been going strong for a couple of months, but fall is when Speckled Trout and Spotted Seatrout are at their best.

Tough Bowfishing Night in Grand Isle

Conditions were tough in Grand Isle last night, with dirty water and poor visibility making bowfishing difficult. We covered plenty of water and worked hard for every opportunity. We did have the one that got away—a good one that gave us a shot but managed to escape. That’s bowfishing; some nights the conditions just don’t cooperate, but we still enjoyed a night on the water with Marsh Monster Charters.

Quality Redfish in the Barataria Marsh

Had a great day fishing the Louisiana marsh with Omar and his veteran crew. The redfish bite made us work for them, but we stayed after it and put some quality fish in the boat. Our Lafitte fishing charters put anglers in the heart of the Barataria Basin, just outside New Orleans. Always an honor having our veterans aboard and sharing a day on the water!
