He has been running charters for over four decades and was President of the RI Party & Charter Boat Association for over a quarter of a century. Captain John became a fisherman because he enjoyed fishing and wanted to establish a 2nd career. My customers enjoy fishing on L'il Toot and most become like family. There is no stress, yelling, or fear on L'il Toot. Capt. John, Capt. Mike and his mates are professionals that enjoy helping you catch fish and enjoying your day on the water.
