Charters range anywhere from 3 to 12 hours, fishing both inshore and offshore at times to suit your schedule. Capt. John Rainone brings 46 years of experience, and Capt. Mike has 10 yrs experience, making sure you have a great day on the water.
From May through November, Captains John & Mike takes groups out in search of Stripers, Bluefish, Flounder, Fluke, Tautog, Scup, and much more. You could be fishing the South Shore, Block Island, or many other great spots, depending on where the bite is best.
During the summer months from July through September, you can also head way offshore in search of monster Bluefin Tuna and pelagic Sharks. Makos, Threshers, Blues, and many more toothy predators patrol the deep waters offshore, and Rhode Island Bluefin Tuna fishing is some of the best on the whole Eastern Seaboard.
Enjoy all these trips and more aboard a 35’ custom-built fishing boat. This hardy vessel can carry 6 anglers with ease and is just as at home in the bluewater as the bay. The boat is equipped with high-tech electronics from Garmin, NorthStar, Furuno, and Horizon. She has two fighting chairs, outriggers, downriggers, and a livewell full of bait - she’s ready for anything!
The boat is more than just a fishing platform, though. She has a stand-up head, a shower, a small galley, and a cabin to rest after long battles on deck. You will also find comfortable seating in the cabin, and a tower above to take in the view. Even on non-fishing charters, she is large and luxurious enough to make your day very special.

We booked this fishing charter for my son’s birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the crew was outstanding. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great time throughout the trip. They went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday special, and their enthusiasm and professionalism made the day unforgettable. Whether you’re an experienced angler or it’s your first time out on the water, I highly recommend this charter. We can’t wait to come back for another trip!

My daughter decided she wanted to go deep sea fishing and what an experience it was! An absolute perfect day, perfect weather. The crew was great, from Capt. Mike, and Joe the 1st mate. They actually taught us a lot about different fish- some history and fun facts- these guys were very cool. Capt. Mike took us out for 6 hrs- off the Nodthern coast of Block Island, and ensured we were where the fish were- and Joe made sure we brought the fish up ! We had some big ones, 1 each for us- 5- I was glad they had to be put back ( that's me) but -we did catch some black sea bass that we cooked later and it was great! So much fun. I would recommend this trip to anyone, for a fun family day or with a bunch of friends.

He has been running charters for over four decades and was President of the RI Party & Charter Boat Association for over a quarter of a century. Captain John became a fisherman because he enjoyed fishing and wanted to establish a 2nd career. My customers enjoy fishing on L'il Toot and most become like family. There is no stress, yelling, or fear on L'il Toot. Capt. John, Capt. Mike and his mates are professionals that enjoy helping you catch fish and enjoying your day on the water. We cater to experienced fishermen as well as novice, women, children and families. Capt. might even cookl up some of the fish you catch so you can see how good they are to eat. Just ask the Capt. any questions you have and you both will put together a great memory that will last a lifetime.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
