- Hello, I am Capt-Charlie B and like most I was raised up fishing and hunting all my life. I am very passionate about fishing for trout and redfish . I was born on the island "BOI" back in 1981. I grew up fishing Galveston bay mainly West bay. My love for fishing and hunting has led me into becoming a guide.
