My son and I had a pleasure fishing with captain Dave. It was a top-notch fishing experience! Captain Dave demonstrated his knowledge of the area and experience finding trout — we caught a lot of fish using artificial lures first and then using bait. Captain Dave is set up to catch fish. He made it easy for a novice fisherman like myself. He navigated swift moving, deep water as seven of ten dam gates were open during my trip. I wasn’t sure we’d catch any fish at all under the conditions, but in no time we had our first bite. After enduring the close to 100° weather, it was nice to be cool enough to need a light weight jacket cruising on the water! Caught several fish and got some great pictures! Wonderful trip; thanks Dave!

Captain Dave is knowledgeable and extremely patient. We had 3 kids ranging from 12-16. He kept everyone on the right path to fish and gave the extra attention needed for one. Great guy and would definitely book with again.

Captain Dave was very personable and laid back. He was very helpful to us inexperienced fisherman, and made catching fish easy. Our main goal on this trip was to catch plenty of fish, and make it a memorable trip for my 11 yr old son, and he caught 2 especially good size brown and rainbow trout along with the plenty of others.
