It was amazing, caught a huge trout on the first cast and kept catching the entire time. The captain was great. He even taught how to cast an open face reel to one of our inexperienced fishermen.  We caught enough fish to keep for all of us.

After starting with confusion on the dock,  an older man was sure it was his charter because he was ‘detailed oriented’. After the 3rd time Capt Dave’s name was mentioned,  the man’s wife looked on her phone and said they were there for a different captain.  Dave handled it very well, even after the man started getting upset, but I was glad we were early to straighten things out. Dave is highly skilled and has a wonderful personality.  We caught some nice sized rainbows on this trip.  He knew Lake Taneycomo very well.  He was always attentive and made sure we were having a busy time catching fish. Capt. Dave was great! he was very friendly, patient with the children, and was able to get every knot untangled. He baited and assisted with casting when our kiddos needed help. Highly recommend!
