	Get the new year off to a good start by fishing alongside mighty Humpback Whales in Punta Cana. These gentle giants will be in these waters through March. Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Sailfish are all in the cards.</p>

	Good fishing for Mahi Mahi and Wahoo continues, and Yellowfin Tuna are also added to the mix. As always in Punta Cana, there is a risk of wind, so be ready for a bit of a wavy ride.</p>

	Make the most of the end of the whale-watching season and ask your captain to take you fishing alongside the migration. The White Marlin season picks up in March, and the pleasant weather makes for perfect fishing conditions.</p>

	April marks the final month of Punta Cana's dry season and the weather is generally beautiful and warm. Both offshore and inshore fishing is on fire, and anything from White Marlin to Snapper species is available.</p>

	Spring fishing in Punta Cana is all about tournaments! Get into the spirit of big game fishing and soak in the atmosphere of the White Marlin Tournament, Abordo Fishing Derby, and Marlin University at Cap Cana Marina.</div>

	It's all about Billfish this month! White Marlin are still going strong, with Blue Marlin joining them, so the fun on the water is nonstop. From land, you can watch the pros at the Big Five Tournament and the International Billfish Shootout on the top of their game.

	Although July is in the middle of Punta Cana's low season for tourism, the fishing is hot. Yes, some days you might be battling rain clouds and stormy weather, but Blue Marlin action is on fire. And you can get a deal at the hotel, too!</div>

	Just like in July, August weather in Punta Cana is hazy and humid, with rain showers being a daily occurrence. But also like July, Blue Marlin is biting very well. Don't miss the Cap Cana Classic tournament.</p>

	The next two months are peak hurricane months in Punta Cana. But with Blue Marlin still biting and smaller Mahi Mahi and Wahoo popping up all over the place again, September fishing shouldn't be written off by avid anglers.</p>

	Mahi Mahi and Wahoo fishing is getting better and better, and with hurricanes still on the horizon, intrepid travelers can get a good discount at local hotels. While this is not a peak fishing season, you can still have fun on the water.</p>

	November can be rainy in Punta Cana. Offshore, Sailfish start to arrive while Mahi Mahi and Wahoo are getting bigger and more frequent. Inshore, awesome fishing for Snappers, Barracuda, and Amberjack continues.</p>

	The weather starts to improve just in time for the holiday season. With the good weather comes larger Mahi Mahi and Wahoo and, what's more, they're quite close to shore. Sailfish are also on fire, so there's not a dull moment on the waves.</p>
