    Rory was an amazing captain and guide for our full day trip celebrating our daughters birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better day of fishing and learning about the area. Thank you again Rory, we will definitely be back to see you!

    Great Time Fishing

    Full Day Trip – Inshore • 5 adults • 1 child

    Captain Rory is experienced and was very hands on with the kids. We had a fun day and have plenty of fish. Weather was not the best but our Captain knew how to make the best of it.

Sunday, Fun Day in Shell Beach

Sunday, fun day in Shell Beach. Billy Bennett, Ellen Thomas, and Lynne Dawson were on the Blazer Bay and wanted to catch some redfish. Things started off a little slow, but once the tide started moving a little bit the bite picked up. It never got hot and heavy, but steady and the fish were studs. Everyone had a great time and they went gone with a big pile of fillets. The fishing is outstanding and I have several open dates this month, so get in the books now for your trip of a lifetime. All fish in the Suzuki powered Blazer Bay 2400 were caught with Campo’s live shrimp on Kast King rods and Penn reels, spooled with Kast King line. FIlling the Box in Shell Beach

Filling the box in Shell Beach. Today I had the pleasure of taking Steven Matamoros and his sons Eric and Steven on their first charter. Started the day out with a little light rain, but the redfish did not care. The guys stuffed the box with 16 reds, 25 heads, 9 bass, and a few trout. Everyone, me included had a great time. I do have some open days next week. The fishing and weather are outstanding right now, so get in the books now for your trip of a lifetime. Red Friday in Shell Beach

Red Friday in Shell Beach. Today I had April, Denise, Jeremy on the Blazer Bay. They were in town and wanted some redfish to take back to Florida. They had a great time loading up the box with limits of reds, some trout, bass, heads, blue cats, and even shell crackers. You name it they caught it. Fun couple of couples and pretty good anglers. Big Reds in Shell Beach

Big reds in Shell Beach Sunday and Monday. I helped Capt. Mark with a big group from Mississippi. On day one my guys killed the redfish, only problem was they were on the larger size. Most just under 27” and we had to toss back a bunch over 27”. Nice problem to have. Monday I ran the same group for Capt. Mark. The guys had a blast stuffing the box with stud redfish, along with a big blue cat and a few bass. Fun couple of days with a fun crew. I do have some open days next week. Pre Zeta trip in Shell Beach. I had the David Carney group on the Blazer Bay to catch some redfish. The still winds and super high water made things challenging, but they a great time putting together a nice box of fish. I do have some open days next week. Reds on the Beach

Reds on the Beach. I picked Kevin Rome and 4 of his friends in Fort Beauregard. It was a little too breezy to chase trout outside, so to the marsh we headed. Things started out a little slow, picking up a few keepers, but mostly rat reds. Made a couple of moves and got on a good bite that filled the box with pretty reds. Limits of reds and a great time had by all. All fish in the Suzuki powered Blazer Bay 2400 were caught with Campo’s live shrimp on Capt. Rory's United Charters custom rods provided by CUI Products with Penn reels, spooled with KastKing line. All fish removed and boxed with the one and only Jus Grab it Glove. The Speckled Trout bite has been good outside deep in the Sound when conditions permit, but the Redfish have been really hot and consistent in the marsh.
