Capt. Rory is a lifelong Louisiana resident, and has grown up exploring these fisheries. He offers guests the chance to spend a full day in pursuit of huge Redfish and Speckled Trout, as well as other world-famous fish. Depending on when you visit, he'll take you and your guests out to the scenic marshes, sounds, and coastal islands of south Louisiana. New to angling? Don't worry! He loves introducing anglers of all ages and abilities to these waters.
You'll be fishing from your captain's 24' Blazer Bay bay boat, built to accommodate up to 6 guests, and tackle the waters of Shell Beach's bays and marshes. On board, you'll find top-of-the-line navigational and safety gear, including GPS, fishfinder, and life jackets for adults. Capt. Rory recommends that you bring your own life jackets for young anglers. Your vessel is also decked out with a wireless trolling motor, so you can silently sneak up on the fish.
Capt. Rory's love of fishing is only matched by his love of sharing his knowledge and experience with others, so you'll be in safe hands when it comes to hooking your dream catch. Along with huge Speckled Trout and Redfish, you'll find many other species of fish on offer, including White Trout, Sheepshead, and Flounder. Capt. Rory will be on hand to show you the best techniques, as well as his favorite tips and tricks!

Rory was an amazing captain and guide for our full day trip celebrating our daughters birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better day of fishing and learning about the area. Thank you again Rory, we will definitely be back to see you!

Captain Rory is experienced and was very hands on with the kids. We had a fun day and have plenty of fish. Weather was not the best but our Captain knew how to make the best of it.
