  Excellent Captain and Great time fishing.

  We had an excellent time fishing with Manuel and his son. This is our 10th trip in 7 years straight that we have fished with Manuel. He always does his best to put us on the fiah. We always book 2 days. First day started off great with a fee sailfish then slowed down as the water was very warm and fish were deeper. Plus all the Bisbees Fishing Tournament Traffic sent the marlin deeper. We had a great time regardless as always. Our second day unfortunately got cancelled due to port closure in the morning, however they reopend and the weather looked very rough so we decided to hold off. Be sure to always book 2 days when fishing Cabo in Sept - Oct due to unexpected weather. Manuel was always very professional and communicative looking in the best interest of us. He even tried getting us on another boat the next day after the storm as he was booked and kept us as first priority if his trip canceled. I highly recommend him as a top choice when fishing in Cabo.

  Great charter with genuine guys

  8 Hour Trip (AM) on September 24, 2026 • 4 adults

  My wife and I were visiting Cabo for some fishing action. As soon as we boarded the Black Marlin, you could tell Manuel and Manuel had great positive attitudes and pride in what they do. We went out and began trolling for some marlin without much luck. We proceeded to an area where they had seen soem tuna action in prior days and they set up for tuna. As soon as we got there within a few minutes they spotted a bull Mahi Mahi, pitched a live bait out, and we were on. Once the absolute beast Mahi was landed, the tuna began doubling up on rods. We boated quite a few tuna and headed back to the marina trolling to finish out the trip. They took great care of the fish and we were able to bring some fresh meat home with us. Overall a phenomenal experience with great guys. We woulld recommend Black Marlin Sportfishing to anyone and we would love to fish with them again. Great personable people.

  Manuel and his boy (also Manuel) were very friendly and worked hard to get us into fish! We landed two awesome Stiped Marlin (fought, but lost another) and a Silky Shark in one 8-hour trip. The boat is fine, nothing too sexy but plenty adequate and the gear was well cared for and newer Shimano. Manuel is super responsive on both Fishing Booker messages and WhatsApp, responding to all my messages almost immediately and in excellent English. Highly Recommend!!

  I couldnt ask for a more incredible fishing experience! My wife and I had an amazing day on the water with this crew. My wife was able to relax in the shade and enjoy the beautiful Cabo weather while I got to do what I came for — fish! We had 4 total hookups and landed 2 incredible marlin. The other two fought all the way to the boat, and although they ultimately broke off, we still got to experience some absolutely unforgettable fights. Of the two we landed, one was a trophy-sized fish, and the other was also a really impressive marlin. The crew handled both fish extremely well, allowing us to get a few pictures before safely releasing them. The crew spoke good English, were extremely accommodating, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Most importantly, they asked me what I wanted to catch and then delivered! My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a professional, friendly, accommodating crew that knows how to put you on fish, I highly recommend this fishing service. We will absolutely be back! 🎣🇲🇽

  5 Marlin in One Day

  Had an incredible day out with Black Marlin Sport Fishing! Captain Manuel Sr. and his first mate Manuel Jr. clearly know these waters — they got us on marlin fast and kept the action going all day. We ended up landing 5 marlin, which blew away our expectations. The father-son team made the whole trip smooth and fun, from prepping the gear to helping fight the fish. One of our catches was impressive enough that we're having it mounted as a trophy to remember the trip by. If you're looking for a charter that delivers real results and great company on the water, Black Marlin Sport Fishing is the way to go. We'll definitely be booking with Captain Manuel again!
