- My favorite type of fishing is drifting or “chunking” for yellowfin tuna. This is done from a stationary boat, using very light leader and small hooks to try and disguise your line as best as possible. Cayman is known for its Crystal clear waters, which definitely gives the fish an advantage! Yellowfin tuna fishing is a very difficult fishery to dial in, but this is what we do best!
