We first did a full day offshore with Captain Jerry, Juan Carlos and Jose in July 2023, and we had an amazing day. So we thought we should ride the Cowboy again, and wow! This trip surpassed the first one, which is saying something.  5 tuna and 1 sailfish.  Fabulous lunch, with music and snacks throughout the day.  Captain and crew could not have been better. We’re already starting to think about scheduling the next one, because we’ll be back!  Great day!!

My husband and I had an incredible day fishing the waters of Costa Rica! The Captain and crew were the best! Very nice and definitely experienced. We caught a bunch of live bait to get the day started and we ended up catching 4 Tuna and 2 Sailfish! Would have been 3 Sailfish but one got away. We had a great lunch and they even made fresh sashimi with the Tuna we caught and it was delicious! Hands down the best day ever and a wonderful part of our honeymoon trip. Captain Jerry and his crew Jose and Juan carlos were superb! They went the extra mile to make sure we caught fish. There were boats around us jigging and using other artificials despite not catching tuna we used our live bonito up quickly and caught one yellowfin and broke off two very large ones . We did t catch on jigging so he left and found some more live dorado and filled our 16 tuna tubes. The game was then on and we caught five more excellent yellowfin. We had a great time with the crew and captain. They were well organised and got to work catching live bait so we could have a successful day landing 3 tuna and 3 (and a half) sailfish (along with a false alarm piece of driftwood…) the snacks were great, lunch even better and the beers and music kept us going all day. We brought cowboy hats to get into the swing of things, here’s hoping they make another appearance on another charter! Thank you

The captian was waiting at the perarranged spot. We picked up our licenses and after quick walk to boat, we were under way in minutes. It took the fish a little while to wake up but then we were on fire , 3 Sails and 8 bonito in short order I’ve done some offshore fishing, so when I say these guys are very professional never stopped trying,  Its fact.
