    Amazing day with my 9-year-old. He caught some of the largest fish he's ever seen and John knew exactly where to take us to catch them. Awesome experience.

    Captain Johnny knew a lot of very good spots, his tackle didn’t fail me once he knew exactly where to cast and where to chum and everything, he is loaded with experience and was a very good guide for my first time salt water fishing. I caught multiple species and some really big fish too. I caught more fish than I could even count. I highly recommend Captain Johnny to my friends and anyone else. I will definitely be coming back to book another trip with him!

    Had an amazing day, started it off catching fish left and right. Did an amazing job of teaching us how tch certain fish, and let my daughter reel in most of the fish he hooked. Definitely recommend this if looking for a good experience.

What's biting with Johnny T Good in Tampa

The flats and back bays are abundant with Redfish. When the tide is low, you can see their spotted tails cutting through the water's surface, perfect for sight fishing. If you know where to look, you can also catch your late-season Tarpon.
