  Hooray hurrah to Captain Lawrence!!!!

  Thank you to Captain Lawrence for making it possible for us to get out on the water today before we fly home tomorrow! We were originally scheduled with someone else, Captain Chris Hoag, but he called and canceled on us at the last minute due to “bad weather,” even though it turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day. Thankfully, we were able to book with Captain Lawrence instead. Captain Lawrence was excellent at his job! He explained everything in detail and was very patient with us throughout the trip. We really appreciated his professionalism and how well he took care of us. We had a great experience and would definitely book with Captain Lawrence again the next time we come back to Seattle.   First Fishing Charter, an Amazing Experience with My Son!

  Had an amazing experience with my son for his 11th bday, it was our first fishing charter together. Capt Lawrence was very friendly and accommodating the entire time. He took the time to guide us through the tour and explain everything since it was our first charter. Very nice 29’ steel hull boat was fully equipped to handle all our needs. Bring a light jacket since it gets cold on the Sound and a some snacks. But DO NOT bring bananas, ha, ha. We learned our lesson, it’s bad luck! Despite our faux pas, we were fortunate with sunny skies, fair weather, and calm seas, and hauled in our first catch within just minutes of departing. Capt Lawrence made sure it was an experience to remember and worked hard to find the best places for us to land our next catch. My son caught the largest 28” Coho Salmon of the season! Definitely a core memory for my son, and an adventure that we will both cherish. Looking forward to our next trip with No Worries Fishing Charter! Thank you, Capt Lawrence!

  “Captain Lorenzo Saved My Afternoon — And My Dignity”

  Let me be honest with you: I was not the hero of this fishing trip. I booked an afternoon charter with Captain Lorenzo St. Luce at No Worries Fishing Charters out of Port Orchard — a 1pm departure on Puget Sound, blue sky, great company. The third member of our crew was a young man whose wife gifted him this trip for his birthday, which is already a great story. What none of us planned for was that somewhere around hour two, my motion sickness patches and acupressure bracelets staged a coordinated walkout and left me absolutely green on the back deck. Captain Lorenzo didn’t skip a beat. He adjusted, kept the lines working, and — alongside our birthday boy, who turned out to be an absolute natural — made sure I still got my limit of Coho. Together, they slayed the Sound. Six Chinook Kings caught and released. A full Coho limit. And — I still can’t fully explain this — a dogfish shark on a salmon jig. Lorenzo runs a 26-foot Hewescraft Ocean Pro with a 360 HP Mercury engine, provides all rods, reels, bait, tackle, and cleans your fish at the end. He’s USCG licensed, calm under pressure, and the kind of guide who makes every person on the boat feel taken care of — including the one who’s basically useless by hour two. The birthday boy’s wife made an excellent call. Lorenzo made it count. Five stars. No worries — even when you’ve got all the worries.

  Great intro to Puget Sound fishing

  Captain Lorenzo was really great. My dad had recently moved into the region, this was the perfect way to introduce him to fishing. The only downside is Captain Lorenzo may have set the bar very high for future fishing. He went above and beyond to take us to where the fish were and we quickly limited the boat. Overall a fun experience, thank you Captain Lorenzo!

  Caught our Limit!

  The ride was beautiful and freeing. we were in a position to see all 4 mountains surrounding the sound! (Rainier, Baker, Adams (I believe), and the Olympics...all with snowy caps even though it was perfectly warm out). Hits were slow to start, but Captain Lorenzo was dedicated to finding us a good spot, calling around to his community. Before we knew it we were getting hits left and right!! Great vibes, 10/10 would recommend. 🙂‍↕️
