Nato was prompt, friendly, and got us on fish. We started the day chasing Bonefish. Nato introduced me to a fly rod and put us on fish. Later in the day we chased tarpon in the mangroves. Nato spotted several and i saw two or three of those. We lamded one barracuda in the mangroves and had plenty of bites that I failed to land. Also caught a red snapper. Great day of learning for this novice fisherman!

Great captain!! Nato has a great sense of humor, extremely knowledgeable about the fish and where they live and how to catch them. Helped me hone my fly casting and double haul. Was extremely patient. Can’t say enough great things, definitely would #1 recommend Captain Nato!! And shout out to first mate Luis, a huge help in getting me rigged up and swapping rods. Thanks you too so much!!

We headed out with Nate for the day.  He put us on Tarpon, Jack, Shark, Permit and Bone.  Fun trip,  we would like to book again with him this trip.  We really enjoyed the day.

Captain Nato knew exactly where the fish were, his equipment was in good shape, and he had a wide selection of flys and the intimate knowledge of the local waters to know what would work!

Overall, the experience was really good.  We wanted to catch Tarpon, which would have made the trip great.  Unfortunately, we didn’t but we did catch bone fish & barracuda.  I think having live bait or cut bait would have helped get a tarpon but no one on the island could get live bait due to the sargassum in the water.  It was a good fishing day and I’d book with Captain Nate again!
