- I started fishing the Matagorda Bay complex in the late 60s with my grandfather. Continued to fish with my dad ( guided 1980s- 2005). - All types of fishing in saltwater have a special time, wading in the fall for tailing reds, wading in the winter for trophy trout, drifting in the spring over grass and shell beds throwing popping corks with shrimp and summer time you can approach fish just about anyway you want!
