Unfortunately, equipment can occasionally fail without warning. The trolling motor issue was unexpected, and it was not something that could have been repaired on the water during the charter. We recognize the inconvenience this caused and regret its impact on the day.

Regarding the fishing locations, none of us could have anticipated that a child would be fishing from the exact area we intended to target. That situation was completely outside of our control.

As for the fishing itself, tarpon fishing is highly dependent on fish behavior, tides, and conditions. During your trip, only one boat among the fleet fishing the main tarpon run was able to hook up. We discussed options with you on the water, including whether to remain in the area or relocate, and we made multiple moves in an effort to find active fish. While we always work hard to put our guests in the best possible position for success, no charter can guarantee that fish will bite.

Finally, our policy is that guests provide their own food and beverages. We have chosen this approach because dietary preferences, allergies, and individual needs vary significantly from one group to another
