  3 Hour – Golden Hour Fishing on July 19, 2026 • 2 adults • 1 child

  I can’t say enough good things about Jaime! To be honest, I was a little nervous at first. Meeting a complete stranger and heading out on the water for a 3 hour fishing trip was definitely outside my comfort zone. Within minutes, though, Jaime made us feel completely at ease. He was kind, professional, patient, and had an incredible way of making the whole experience fun. He didn’t just take us fishing; he actually taught us. He patiently explained everything from casting and baiting hooks to reading the water and handling fish. He made sure both Maliah and I understood the ins and outs of fishing, and he never made us feel rushed or silly for asking questions. Now for the bragging rights… somehow this man turned two beginners into “pros” in just three hours! We caught 29 fish! I’m pretty sure we’re ready for the tournament circuit now… or at least that’s how Jaime made us feel! The highlight of the day wasn’t even the number of fish we caught. On the drive home, Maliah looked at me and said, “That was the best day of my life.” As a mom, there’s nothing more special than hearing that. Jaime, that was because of you. Your patience, enthusiasm, encouragement, and genuine love for what you do made it an unforgettable experience for both of us. Thank you for giving us memories we’ll talk about for years to come. We arrived as complete beginners and left with smiles, confidence, and a new love for fishing. We can’t wait to come back out with you again! - Deanna & Maliah

  I am so grateful to have met you guys and im very glad that you guys enjoyed the experience! It was an absolute pleasure teaching different techniques and the different strategies for fishing if you or your daughter have any questions at all with fishing do not hesitate to give me a call I am always open to answering whatever you may ask!

  Exceptional day! Cpt Jamie was an awesome host - he knew the lake, boat was great, had everything we needed and knew where to get the fish - caught a record 50+ fish during our afternoon trip! Jamie & his family are also involved in community/charity work taking kids who have never fished out which was great to hear. Thanks Cpt Jamie for a day we’ll never forget - hopefully we can get back to McGregor Lake again some time from the Ottawa Valley!
