Born and raised in Italy, where my passion for the sea began at an early age, I was inspired by curiosity to dedicate my career to studying fish populations and the sustainable use of our seas. I specialize in fish population dynamics and stock assessment, with a journey that has taken me from the Adriatic Sea, where I completed my PhD in fisheries management, to the Baltic Sea, where I explored how fishing and environmental change affect marine life. Outside of my work, I enjoy playing guitar and foraging for mushrooms in the forest. At Terramare Fjord & Gård, I bring science, nature, and community together through eco-tourism and citizen science experiences, inviting others to discover the beauty of the sea.
