Bite was pretty good and crew was awesome.  Gave us some extra time and put us on fish pretty constantly.

This was the biggest disappointment of our vacation! I booked this 8 hour trip 3 weeks in advance. While booking this boat I was asked to send a message to Captain Tyler with any questions I might have. So I did, but never got a response. I thought no biggie, he is probably busy. We arrived in Destin on Saturday September 4th with a scheduled fishing trip on that Wednesday. I saw that it was supposed to rain the day we were going out so I tried reaching out to Captain Tyler numerous times on Monday to see if the trip would be canceled. I didn’t hear from him until Tuesday evening around 7 pm. He told me that we could go out but would probably get rained on all day and if lighting started up we would have to head in. His recommendation was to go out Thursday from 11-7 or he might have a couple of cancelations on Friday. Thursday would have worked out great! I didn’t hear from him till around 9 am Thursday. He texted me and told me it was going to be really rough out on the ocean because of the storm the day before. He texted me this as I watch his boat go by our hotel from a morning trip!! His text said that he was still working on the cancelations and we might be able to go out then IF he had a cancelation! I wasted 3 days of my vacation waiting to hear from Captain Tyler on when we were going out! We never did because I canceled on Thursday after his text. I didn’t schedule any other activities because I wanted to go fishing but never knew when we might go! The Captain of this boat is seriously lacking in the communication field! Not a good way to run a business if you ask me! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARTER BOAT!! Especially when there are dozens of other charter boats at the same dock!
