The fishing trip was great. Captain Gatling knew all the spots where the fish are. He and his first mate, Jamie, made the experience great. You can tell they really enjoy their work. I will be fishing with them again.

Captain Wayne took us out on the gulf and put us on mangrove snapper, yellowtails, grouper, and a couple of Spanish mackerel. We switched spots 5 or 6 times, during the 4 hours we were out and caught plenty of fish.

I highly recommend Captain Wayne!  He took me out for my first ever Tarpon experience.  It was very early in the season but he was able to put me on Tarpon when others were not having luck.  Was able to catch my first Tarpon and now have Tarpon Fever.  Also landed a jack as well as a Black Tip Shark.  If you want a guide who knows the waters, this should be your choice!!

Great guide. Very personable. Put us right in the action! Had first bite in minutes and 6 or 7 bites in all. 3 hookups and one fight to the end. Even kind enough to still take us to get some eating fish when the bite slowed down. And a great place to have them cooked! Will definitely be back to Wayne Gatling guide services.

Wayne got us on the fish right away. Kept us on the fish and was very attentive to what was needed to keep our lines in the water. The Spanish Mackerel were a blast to catch along with Snapper and Blue Runner. Overall a great experience. Thanks Captain Wayne!
