Capt Ritchy and crew did a great job.  It was the first time out for most of our group but we were still able to fill our striped bass limit for the day.

So fun must go!!

We had a really fun fishing trip with Captain Ritchy and first mate Matt! The boat was spacious for our family of 5, with plenty of room in the cabin and canopy to get a break from the sun/rain as needed. We did the 6-hour morning trip into the Chesapeake bay, starting with trying to catch striped bass. They weren’t biting, so we moved up river and there we caught lots of perch, catfish, spot, and even a few oysters. Matt was super helpful and friendly with the kids, baiting the hooks and removing the fish when they started rolling in. Captain Ritchy found the fish and expertly anticipated the storm that rolled in, getting us back to the dock before the worst of it hit. Matt cleaned the fish for us and we had a delicious fish fry at home that night, the perch and catfish were very tasty.
