This was our first fishing adventure in the Minocqua area.  Pat’s thorough communication skills were a good sign that we made a good choice.  The temperature dropped quite a bit the night before our excursion.  Pat used his 30+ years of fishing knowledge to locate crappie, rock bass, and smallmouth.  We enjoyed the history of the lakes and various wildlife.  Our fish count was above expectations. Our fishing trip with Pat was worth every minute and dollar!

The weather was a little unpleasant but Pat continued throughout the day to work hard and put us on spots to potentially catch a trophy musky. Musky fishing isn’t always easy, and unfortunately we didn’t catch anything. But I still appreciated his knowledge of the lake and the local fishing patterns. He was very forthcoming in sharing his experiences and helping me to better understand the fish we were going after. I’d definitely go out with him again!

Three generations on the Fence Lake Chain!  Pat was fun, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had a mixed weather day and Pat worked hard to get us on fish. Pat picked me up right on time at my dock at 6:00 am.  He wad friendly and accommodating despite the uncharacteristically brisk August morning at 49 degrees.  With the drop in air temps the water temps dropped as well making fishing somewhat less productive.  We still caught fish and I got a great intro to the Species and behaviors of the gamefish in the lakes to use during the duration of our visit.  We also got to watch as a bald eagle swooped down and collected a Crappie...
