we had a great expierce. we never have been fishing in salt water, or on a boat, it took a while before we got anything, and we only caught one fish the entire time, but it was a massive 50 inch cobia. we were able to get a citation for a plaque on our wall! well worth the money for the experience. the captain and first mate were very nice. we didnt want to keep the fish because it would be too big for us to eat, so we were able to share it with the first mate. he cleaned it for us and gave us a nice chunk to try. we went at sunset and it was incredibly beautiful. I would definitely book again next time we visit! The only issue they were having is the AC wasnt working, it did get a little hot but it was nice sitting on the open deck with the breeze. it didnt make our experience any less. 10/10 recommend!

First time out to VA beach with the family and we definitely wanted to make the most of our weekend, and a fishing trip seemed like the way to do it! I booked pretty last minute so I’m grateful to have found this trip. The boat is big and super comfortable to relax and move around on. The crew was all friendly and knowledgeable and treated us with the warmest hospitality. We were just happy to be out on the water for a perfect evening but catching a few fish was the icing on top. We will certainly reach out to these guys again next time we come out!

Great time on the water. Captin Rob and crew were great. Very kind and patient despite us being late due to an accident on the interstate that closed the highway. They still maximized our time. We trolled along the coast and caught a fair amount of Spanish Mackerel. Our catch was cleaned and we were able to enjoy fush fir dinner. The boat is very comfortable we had two in our group that got woozy and appreciated being able to take a break indoors.

It was great weather and a good boat ride (5 of us).  Rob warned us that it was a bit early with the waters around 50 degrees there might not be anything biting.  Because the grandkids were looking forward to our trip from Michigan we decided to do it inspite of the unlikelyhood of catching anything.

We did see several dolphins multiple times and spotted a couple/few game fish.

Shipmate Glen setup the 5 lines and kept our attention as we searched for dinner!  We learned a lot from Glen about the fishing, shoreline points of interest, and a myriad of maritime stories.
