We booked this for my husband for a Father’s Day gift & so glad we did! All 3 of us had a blast! Jennings was super knowledgeable about everything & made sure we were comfortable & having fun the entire time. He made it special for our boy & guided him to catch a really nice drum! He took us to several different areas to catch fish, taught us about the river, ways to catch different types of fish, taught my husband how to set up his poles for the area while we are staying here, etc. I would recommend Jennings to anyone, any age coming to this area for a wonderful fishing trip! You won’t be disappointed! 1000 stars from our family! Definitely will return & book another trip with him!

Jennings was a great guide who listened to what we were wanting to experience & delivered it.  We wanted to learn about the river & he had great knowledge that he shared & then we caught 2 Big drum fish to end the day.  I would recommend him to go out fishing with if you want a nice day on the river catching fish.  We will be back to the area and will use him everytime

We had a wonderful morning fishing with Captain Jennings. He communicated well before our trip so we knew what to bring and what to expect. He talked to us about what type of fish we were interested in catching and our preference of location. We had 4 people on our boat and he was able to help as needed, but also allowed us some independence. We caught 11 fish of different species, and we kept 3 to eat. Jennings cleaned the fish for us at the end of our trip. It was delicious.  I am a lake fisherperson and have never fished in the ocean. Although apprehensive at first, Jennings made me feel very comfortable and I really enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend North State Guide Service and Captain Jennings. Happy fishing🙂

Our family had a blast with Captain Jennings! He was so knowledgeable and kept our kids super entertained and fascinated by all of the wildlife we encountered. Fishing wasn’t necessarily our goal but I could tell that he would be an amazing fishing guide as well. Very personable, friendly guide who is great with adults and kids. Highly recommend!
