We are sincerely sorry that your tour did not live up to your expectations. We work very hard to make sure each of our guests has a great experience but sometimes Mother Nature doesn’t want to cooperate.

We are not sure we understand what you mean by “Crew was not out going”. Catching fish are not guaranteed when it comes to deep-sea fishing. Your review would probably have been a lot different if the Mahi-Mahi had been brought on board, unfortunately he escapes. We understand your disappointment coming back empty-handed, but this is sport fishing.

The captain worked hard to make sure your tour was to your satisfaction. The sea was a little choppy and for your comfort, he decided not to go deeper where the swells were bigger. He cruise closer to the shore, and sometimes it is not as good. You had the chance to fight a fish for 10 minutes. The captain gave you advise but unfortunately, you lost it. It happens, the winner is not always the fisherman sometime the fish wins.
