- Captain Luke Moser grew up fishing North Carolina’s beautiful coast, from its inshore canals and estuaries to its deep offshore waters. Fishing has always been his greatest passion, so he decided to make a living out of it. He started his own charter service in 2017 and it’s been the best decision he's made! Capt. Luke loves meeting new people and teaching first timers how to fish. His customers describe him as “kind, passionate, and very patient with kids.” He loves having families on board and says that nothing is better than seeing the look on a kid’s face after he gets his first fish on the hook.
