Captain Hemphill and Gonna Miss Her Fishing Charters were great. Excellent communication prior to launch, and the trip was both informative and fun. This was my sons first time fishing, and my first time saltwater fishing. My boy caught his first fish (and his second) within the first 20 minutes of our voyage and we ate great that night. Took my great nephew and his step-father out on Patrick’s boat. New 25-foot Tidewater craft which is optimally rigged out for great fishing with maximum stability and plenty of room for 3-4 people to cast with no problem. Captain Patrick had all the bait and cold drinks that we needed. He was very impressive with his knowledge of various fishing spots and was a great person to be with. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would absolutely do it again.

On way to Orlando stopped in Fernandina Beach for a few days with my son and decided to surprise him with a little fishing. We booked 1/2 day with Captain Patrick Hemphill. So glad we did! He was an amazing guide, super patient with us (both novices), kept us safe and made our trip fun. He is very knowledgeable of the area. We lucked up with phenomenal weather. I highly recommend him and hope to be able to book him again in the future.

My husband and I highly recommend Gonna Miss Her Fishing Charters! Captain Pat was early to the dock, was very safe and knowledgeable and had everything on board that we would need including drinking water, gnat spray and even an extra jacket.
