Allen Maddox has been fishing since he was old enough to hold his own rod and reel. He's a 3rd-generation fisherman and Florida native and grew up fishing all the rivers and lakes of central Florida. He's been running charters as a licensed captain since 2015 and before that, he used to manufacture underwater fishing lights. Being able to take families out on the water and show them a great time has become his favorite part of the job. He loves teaching beginners different fishing techniques, especially children, as there's no greater feeling than passing that same passion down to the younger generation. Allen invites you to join him on an incredible adventure of freshwater fishing in Central Florida and get ready to catch some awesome fish with Family Style Fishing!

4 Hour Trip • 3 adultsFirst I have to say that it was a fantastic day celebrating my father birthday and spening time with family. It was made better because of Capt Allen. He know where the fish are and puts you on them. He also provided great knowledge of the area and lake because I love to ask questions. Capt Allen is awesome! I will definitely be booking again with him in the very near future.If you are wondering about a charter this is the one to pick!

4 Hour Trip – Evening • 2 adultsCaptain Allen was great. He responds quickly to questions. Had good directions on meeting location. He was ready to go as soon as we got there. The conditions were not ideal with the rain and wind that had the water churned up. He got us out to a few spots and put us on fish. I had a beginner with me and he helped her and got her casting on her own. She may have even out fished me. Al

4 Hour Trip • 3 adultsMy family and I had a wonderful time! We caught 5 striped bass and 5 black crappies. We had one fish that got away by breaking the line (large fish)! The spot Captain Allen took us to was a good location to catch plenty of bass and crappies. Bring your snacks and drinks, Captain Allen has the rest!

4 Hour Trip • 4 adultsAlan (Captain Alan) was awesome. He was timely and very helpful. There were 3 in our group and he was well equipped for the fishing trip. We didn't catch a lot, but that's how fishing goes. The time on the water was so peaceful and calming. We just enjoyed being on the water and seeing nature.

4 Hour Trip • 1 adulthad a spare free day while on vacation so i booked a trip. got on some hybrid stripers early, but the bite died out after the sun came out fully. not too much you can do if they dont want to bite, but its still a good day to be on the water and still got to bring home some dinner!
