As a native Floridian who grew up in Hudson Florida, Captain William Curley IV is very passionate about fishing. He became a full-time fishing guide in 2018 and started Florida Fish Invaders Charters. His fishing experience began way back when he was a boy exploring the waters of Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. He was hooked from then on and decided he wanted to share his passion and experience to help people enjoy the great fishing this area has to offer.

    My best slam.

    Half Day Trip • 3 adults

    Had some out of town company and I wanted to show them what salt water fishing was all about and Captain Billy did not disappoint. He put us on quality big fish all day. I know my company won't forget this trip ever. My biggest slam for sure. Capt Billy is very knowledgeable of these waters and shows.

    6 Hour Trip – Inshore/Nearshore • 5 adults • 1 child

    captain Billy was so accommodating,. He provided constant attention to our needs and made our trip unforgettable. we caught lots of trout and a nice redfish. He put us on some snook but we missed hooking them. I recommend him highly!

    Full day with Captain Billy!!

    Full Day Trip • 2 adults

    We hit some amazing fish today!!! 🎣 My husband got on the Snook he wanted and I had an a great time fighting in the jack crevalles. Captain Billy took care of everything, he even helped me by casting out for me way further then I could so I had great opportunities to get some great ones and my husband could continue fishing. 😀 The best part for me was the 2 reds my husband and I brought in at the same time. Since mine locked on immediately after he started reeling his in we have deemed them Dom and Letty from Fast and Furious cause they were a ride or die pair!!!😁 We are already planning our next trip out with Captain Billy. Thank you for the best day fishing we have had in a long time.🐟

Starting the day out by castnetting bait. Going out to find fish whether you are fishing with a guide or on your own boat, you must do a few simple things to be successful. You must have the right bait, find mullet, mangroves, and moving water. If you find yourself in these areas then you will give yourself a good chance of catching quality fish. The redfish bite has been on fire along the mangroves with live or cut bait and the big snook are feeding on the turning tides. Plenty of other species being caught in the same areas. Jack crevalle, mangrove snapper, cobia, trout and more.
