Went on 4 h am trip with my son (9yo). Were told before that it probably most barracudas and they were right. Had several bites and landed 4. The rods are to heavy for my son and the spot you sit and reel in is a little tight but captain Rafael helped him out great and he could do it with having dad to help him. Absolutely wonderful experience with Ramon and Rafa, from beginning to end. They directed me on where to park (for free) which was directly next to their location. Additionally, they were very professional throughout the entire trip, and they explained the process of trolling, pointed where to see sea turtles, and more. From the online booking to the moment we stepped onto the boat, Mexidivers were extremely professional and organized.  Our guides were actively setting up gear and constantly working different approaches to insure they maximized our odds on catching fish.  We landed 4 barracuda and had several other fish hit.  Terrific outing and i highly recommend this operator if you are in the Tulum area.  Dave (Canada)

We went fishing on January 6th 2025 and it was a great experience from the beginning. We were greeted warmly and the place was easy to find. The captain and crew were very hospitable and nice. We caught 5 barracuda which was great. The ocean was very choppy so it was almost impossible to stand on the boat but they still managed to put us on fish. Later we snorkeled and saw coral reefs and huge turtles! It was overall a great experience if you can afford it.

This was my very first fishing trip ever and did not know what to expect. Ramon and Edgar made it a mission that my husband and I caught some fish. We each caught a barracuda. Then we did a little bit of snorkeling by the Mesoamerican Reef. I panicked and Edgar who was our guide in the water made sure to hold onto me the whole time.
