Fishing with Captain Ken was a great way to celebrate my brother’s 75th birthday. Spending 6+ hours on the Willamette River trolling for those elusive salmon made for a very good day. Captain Ken was extremely knowledgeable and led us on an outstanding Sturgeon trip. Fishing up and down the Willamette River near Portland, we caught several big fish, including one 79” monster. Great trip - highly recommended!

Captain Burns was sensational! Communicated throughout the days leading up to the trip and answered every question we had before booking. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He put us right on the fish and even though the bite was fair, the conversation between casts and reeling was incredible. I would absolutely recommend any trip with Captain Burns!

What a great fishing trip!!!! Our guide Ken Was so knowledgeable and friendly that we Are saving his information for next time we wanna go fishing. He was so knowledgeable about locations and tides and winds and water. I’ve never had such a knowledgeable guide on a fishing trip. We spent about an hour and a half of the five hour tour fishing for salmon with no luck today, but we caught about seven sturgeon with the remaining 3.5 hours. An absolutely beautiful tour and highly highly recommend!!

Will absolutely be booking with Ken in the future! Slow day for fish, but we knew that going in. Besides that, we could not have asked for a better day. Capt Ken is a great guy, and if there were fish in the river today then I know he would have put us on them. (NO boats caught anything today.) Can’t wait to try again!
