- I became a charter captain to share my knowledge and many years experience fishing. I like nothing more than to see someone catch that fish of a lifetime or witness someone catch their very first fish. From offshore trips we catch King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Sailfish, and other striking fish. On the tidal creeks we catch, Red Drum, Flounder, Trout (Spotted Sea and Yellow Mouth), just to name a few.
