Crossed the boarder and bussed down to Ensenada. The captain was good about communicating with us before the trip. He was able to get our fishing licenses for us. Our first couple spots, of our 4 hour afternoon trip, we tried didn’t work out but our third stop we started to catch quite a few fish and our fourth stop it was practically raining fish into the boat. The organizer tried to give us directions but still hard to find. Crew worked hard but took way too long to get to fishing spot. About hour and 15 min to fishing spot and the same back, leaves about an hour to fishing spot on a 4 hour trip. Not sure we really needed fishing licenses the guy took our money but do not have anything showing a fishing license. $15 a piece, nice $45 tip.

We had a great time fishing. We booked a 4 hour trip and messaged the owner of the boat to change the time a little to make sure we could make it work to fit our cruise port times (We know some Spanish but it made it super easy that they spoke English). It was an easy and safe walk from the cruise ship to the boat. We caught about 40 fish and at the end of our trip were served delicious sashimi made from the fish we caught. We had a great day!

The captain and first mate on the boat were great.  We are experienced fisherman and they allowed us to help with things for rigging, baiting and fish removal.  First mate was great about doing all of that as well if you are not experienced.  Our Spanish was a little rusty and captain and Fante didn’t speak much English, but with fishing we certainly figured out how communicate and had a great time!  We trolled ro Bonita and Tuna and bottom bounced for snapper, rock fish and others.  Sushi...
