Great people, Great equipment, Great experience! Captain Tom Ullum made our first ever Lake Erie walleye fishing trip very enjoyable and memorable. My grandson and I came up from Cinti and fished Aug 3 - 4.  We were supposed to fish 7AM - 1PM both days, but a storm front the evening of the 2nd made it impossible to go out in the AM on the 3rd. So Tom made adjustments to the original schedule allowing us to fish the PM on the 3rd. We had such a good time both days, and wore ourselves out pulling in all the fish. Tom knew where the fish were, had all the lines out, and just handed us a rod when a fish was on. I would strongly suggest paying the extra $$ for having them clean the fish. Tom’s wife does the cleaning and we came home with 3 freezer bags of skinned fillets. You really get more than you’re paying for when you book with these folks. Captain Jeremy greeted us at the boat when we arrived, within 10 minutes he had given us the safety briefing and made my three grandsons and I feel like family, and were on our way out onto the Lake. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. I can’t stress enough how comfortable he made us feel. He rigged all of our poles and almost immediately we began catching walleye! Big ones!! We of course had a few tangled lines and Capt. Jeremy deftly handled those with a smile and patience. Then, back at the dock, our catch was percectly cleaned…this is a full-service charter with friendly pros who take good care of you!!

We had an amazing day on Lake Erie catching multiple walleye! Our captain was Jeff - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to ensure “line management” and “controlled chaos!” You will learn these terms with him! The boat was clean and comfortable, and the scenery on the lake was beautiful. We were the only ones out there which surely allowed us to catch plenty of walleye and made some great family memories. If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, and successful fishing trip, I highly recommend this lovely family friendly charter. We had an 10 and 14 year old with us. They loved it! Do make sure to take your dramamine! We would certainly book this trip again!

Tom was great. Everything went very smoothly. Tom took his time showing us how everything worked. Three of us from 19 to 76 had a great eperience. Tom knows where the Walleye are.  He asked if we wanted to go quick or stretch out our time. We decided to catch them quickly and we limited out in about two hours. I appreciated that he offered to make it last over the time booked if we wanted. We had Tom clean our fish for us and are looking forward to the fish fry.

Tom was excellent with putting us on walleye! Everyone limited and shared a memory that will last generations. I recommend to anyone that is new or experienced. He has the knowledge to show you what to look for and how to achieve your goals. Give him a try and make sure you have a good time.
