We couldn’t have had a better time fishing with Mike.  He’s an awesome dude and a true expert at his craft.  He was patient with us as it was our first salmon fishing experience.  He made it simple but at the same time let us work for our fish and do everything on our own.  We can’t wait to go fish with Mike again!

Absolutely amazing time. Captain Mike was great. My son and I are beginner fisherman and Captain Mike was extremely patient and very kowledgable, he put us on the fish and we were able to catch our limits for the day. It is a great family friendly trip and would recommend this trip for anyone of any skill level.

Captain Mike of Big Fish Washington is an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and experienced on catching fish. He set us up for success and we limited out on salmon. It was really exciting watching the salmon chase down and slam the spinners tied on.

Captain Big Fish Mike definitely knows what he is doing. He knows every bend in the river too. I can’t imagine any different guide resulting in a greater chance of catching fish. Not only did we limit out, he staged it so our catch was spread through the day and we left right on time. He also ensured my wife caught her first salmon, when she couldn’t cast, and tied her a special spinner for the trip. Will definitely rebook.

Came down to the Hump to celebrate my boys’ 18th birthday with Captain Mike and had the time of our lives! Though we fish often, my boys had never caught a salmon and ended the day by saying “That was the best birthday present ever!” Captain Mike was able to put us into a ton of fish, even when other boats were getting skunked.
